Return Window:
• All returns or claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Items reported after 7 days cannot be replaced or refunded.
Proof Required:
• For damaged or defective items, please provide photos when reporting the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot process replacements or store credit without documentation.
Eligible Returns:
• Slightly used items may be returned for store credit only, following the instructions below.

3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Processing:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your store credit.
• Please allow at least 7 days from receipt for processing. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Goodwill Discretion:
• In exceptional circumstances outside this policy, we may offer a courtesy replacement or discount at our discretion.
